Bread Pudding

 

Così Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 3 slices of Così Flatbread
  • 4 cups half & half cream
  • ½ cup eggs
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 cup vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut each slice of Così Flatbread into 32 pieces, in a 4 x 8 pattern
  3. In a mixing bowl, measure and add these ingredients and whisk together: half & half, eggs, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla syrup
  4. Add Così Flatbread pieces to mixing bowl; use a rubber spatula to mix ingredients for 1 minute; cover and place Bread Pudding mixture into cooler for 2 hours
  5. Lightly spray baking pan with non-stick spray, coating bottom and sides completely
  6. Pour mixture in baking pan
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until set
  8. Enjoy!
